The staff at Hotel Mari 1 were incredibly helpful and assisted me with my two heavy suitcases all the way to the fourth floor room. Despite some language barriers, their dedication made my check-in process smoother. The room itself was spacious and had a charming old-fashioned feel. Although there were some technical issues with the Wi-Fi, the staff managed to resolve it by the evening. While there was a brief inconvenience with the water supply, the hotel promptly relocated me to Hotel Mari 2, which was a better option. Despite the stressful moments, the overall experience was satisfactory and I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the train station and with plenty of pizza, gelato, and restaurants nearby. the staff at Hotel Mari 1 were very kind and helpful, especially with the late check-in and assisting me in recovering my lost luggage. They even provided free Wi-Fi at Hotel Mari 2, where I was moved to. the room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and clean sheets provided. I also appreciated the electric fan in the room without having to ask for it.

The general areas were clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible for someone like me with limited mobility. It was a joy to relax and spend time in such a beautifully decorated space.
